The translation director reports to CEO of Lighthouse IP Group
Responsible for:
- To manage three teams (Normal translation Dep., Special translation Dep. and Quality Assurance Dep.)
- To manage all the managers’ KPI in translation department
- To improve overall translation management performance
- Responsible for translation delivery schedule and quality
- To collect important data, records and information from overall translation department
- To support HR team in implementing translation department training
- To complete weekly and monthly translation reports
- To ensure that translation department’s productivity and efficiency get significantly developed

- Bachelor degree or above with 8 years translation experience, at least 3 years at
translation management position
- Professional work attitude, both in working procedures and communications
- Ability to work under stress
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient in English
